Welcome to the family!
Welcome to Balance Gymnastics & Wellness Center, located in the Sports Factory of NEPA in White Mills, PA. We are a recreational gymnastics gym that prides ourselves in taking a holistic approach to the sport. At Balance, we value all aspects of gymnastics: physical strength, mental endurance, and skill development. We believe in positivity and foster an atmosphere of support and encouragement at our gym. We hope to spread the love the sport that has been instilled in us throughout years of training and practice.

charity: water is a non-profit organization bringing clean and safe drinking water to people in developing countries.
I shared the story of Charity: Water with these kiddos and now my heart is exploding with love and hope for our future. They made posters, this video , donated their allowance and one amazing soul, her communion money. This, my friends, is how we change the world. All proceeds from the admission from our Showcase of Champions will be donated to Charity: Water , who in turn will build a well in our name. If you are inspired by these amazing humans and wish to help our ripple of kindness create a wave , you can donate here. In addition, our t-shirt of the month, is our charity: water t-shirt. All proceeds from the sale of this t-shirt will benefit charity: water.
